Phunknasty please message me personally instead of just an @twitch my question is I have a laptop with alot of song and a $400 stereo system which can be adapter to my computer and played i also have virtual dj so I can have a constant flow of songs without pause I havnt got a gig yet or anything coz i just starter learning but if I buy some lighting effects can I just use that equipment and then just buy bigger speakers as I go or.. Can I not.

limewire is the worst place to go for quality music. if you think it's always good quality, you don't know enough about mp3 audio.
Is it like you have to "prove" you are a Dj or etc etc to get those promos. Is there a cost to join those things.

Yes, they usually make you sign something or show proof that you are a legitimate working dj. It's actually illegal for them to sell these to you if you are just a music hobbyist. Another option are Dj music pools. Some have video too if you're a Video-SL guy or whatnot. Some that come to mind are 8thwonderpromos and Mymp3pool

OK, thanks. also do you know of any software for recording from a Yamaha keyboard to the computer?

Any DAW software (Protools, cubase, even the new Acid 6) are all midi compliant. As long as the program supports midi you should be able to record from any keyboard you desire. (99% of all keyboards support midi.)
