Umm.... no. It's two enemy colors with one allied color. Red and White are enemy colors along with Blue and Red.

Vedalken Plotter is not new... it's from Guildpact. False Prophet is not a Wrath of God effect, which destroys, it's a Final Judgement effect, which exiles. Maybe you should have read Crescendo of War, as it's not a war or peace choice.... that's the angel. It just improves your creatures as they attack or defend, depending on the number of creatures.
