In Ramadhan you don't only refrain your stomach from food and water but all of your limbs are also fasting and your soul is also fasting.

1. Your tongue MUST NOT speak a lie, engage in back biting, or vulgarity

2. You MUST protect your gaze from looking at sinful stuff

3. Your ears should NOT hear any sinful stuff. You should walk away from such a company.

4. Your hands MUST NOT steal or harm ANYONE or be engaged in any sinful thing.

For me as Muslim when I fasting the important things to do before sleeping you must say ur intend to fast. Automatically during the day the hunger is not so bad. If no intend the day is like shit with hunger. I belief when we intend god will help to minimize the pain. So intend is very important. But anyway good try man,,,,

We do eat everyday just only after dusk. Then you can eat as much as you want until dusk the next day. It's actually much easier than most people can imagine. That is once you can control your morning caffeine withdrawals. :)
