Uh.. If you blame Hoover for the collapse of the economy back in the 30s, you're an idiot. Margin spending is what threw us into the great depression. Secondly, Dick Cheney was never 'president'. So really, all you have is Bush. Secondly, Obama only created a total of 400,000 jobs once you take away the jobs that were lost during his term. And we can attribute that to a growing population and work force. So, do you have an argument that's valid?
