Bill Clinton had the opportunity to capture Osama Bin Laden in 1999 and didn't act. Eric Holder, Clinton's deputy Attorney General and Obama's new Attorney General, told the FBI not to open the laptop of a suspected terrorist who was implicated in blowing up the Brooklyn Bridge. The FBI obeyed his order, and 9/11 happened. What they didn't know was that on the harddrive were wire transfers that would have led the Fed's right to the hijackers b4 9/11!! Clinton failed, not Bush in this regard.
