  • inversion therapy is not good for all back problems and any body that uses one needs to find out whats wrong with them first..inversion tables r great tools and would recomend them but do your home work first to find out whats best for your back

  • @31syco you are right, they are not for everyone. But most people will benefit from even slight inversion. You do not have to fully invert.

  • The discs in my back are curved in. SO every couple of months Im in a huge amount of pain. When I had my son 11 yrs ago, the pain started getting worse. Ive been to the doctor & he makes my back feel better for a few days, but thats it. Someone told me to try yoga but I seriously doubt I want my body to bend like that when Im in pain. When the pain hits, I cant walk, lay down or even sit down. Medications are a joke & dont work. Someone told me to check out these videos. hope they work.

  • @HEFFEROS It will help with functional scoliosis though cause thats to do with muscle imbalances, structural scoliosis it wont help much!

  • This makes a lot of sense to me, I had fusion surgery about 15 yr ago, 3 vertebra fused, and is getting worse. I have loss of muscle in my left arm and numbness in some fingers, muscle spasms constantly. Is very tiring and I know if I just find the right position to sleep the numbness and pain subside. This table makes a lot of sense to me. Bought one and will return and post whether this helped or not.

  • This is Dr. Brian Prieto of Prieto Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression and I have a DRX9000 spinal decompression unit in my office for the past 6 years in Yorba Linda, Orange County. Glad to see some education on inversion therapy, great job!

  • has anyone ever been damaged by this treatment?

  • Rosie O'Donnell and her penchant for inversion therapy is referenced in the book

"6 Newly Discovered and Never Before Published Secrets to Eternal Youth and Immortality"

    by Eternal Youth Empire.

Thank you for being such a profound inspiration!
