As a Hospice RN you'll serve as a central point of care and contact for members receiving end-of-life care. You'll go to where the member is, which might be their home, a skilled nursing facility or a hospital. You'll also be key in coordinating the related efforts of social workers, chaplains, CNAs and others, all with optimum care and dignity of members and their families in mind. The result? Patients progressing through end-of-life care with greater dignity and comfort; balanced with greater quality care and operational efficiency.
Jill, Pat and Bobbi are wonderful for being a part of this video! Thanks ladies.
