^_^ that was mi when I first "started" Jiu-Jitsu, *sprinting* had no idea, it's like "drowninG' or "splashing" in cold water, u don't wanna waste your *breath* and Energy:
Conservation, and Learning *how* 2 hold "own" breath, meaning:
Breathing, w/minimaL: "gasps" of air, being *able* 2 hold, top of tongue 2 roof of mouth:
Concentrating, Learning how 2 be "calm" whenever getting "choked"
Giving *oneSELF* time 2 "Catch" mentaL Strategy and Make next Move:
:P anything is POSSIBLE thru eFFORT!

Great video. Thanks for the advice... cardio, gassing.... I can defend all day long but when I gas forget it. Do you have any advice for escaping knee on belly? I get crushed all the time and any advice helps.

@luismelhernandez1974 Without getting into a lot of detail, I'd say shrimping and turning in, getting to your side.

Really good video. Hit close to home because I once tried to grapple "sprint" style and nearly threw up.
