I was the L.A. FCC hearings on media consolidation where Peter Buck of REM spoke. He told the panel that REM would never have gotten anywhere today as they depended on the kind of indie radio that barely exists anymore.

It's great to hear this message from the artists who are really affected by it. We need to give them all the support we can.
