It is about Junk, but when the book was released in America they renamed it, I'm not sure if they changed other bits, but it sounds like it, the book is amazing

From what i remember they go to the country to get away from smack and Lily is pregnant at the time.. she has the baby and re-lapses back on smack..
The only people who die is Lily's friend after having a hit that was too pure...
Gemma's parents dont know where she is and only beg her to come home when she calls them on the first night from a payphone in a pub...
