Thursday is an incredible band of sonic-sound force and majestic, biting lyrics that I have only recently discovered (thanks to a car trip with mr brother). 'War All The Time' is a classic album; every track is strong and enjoyable, not to mention runs together efficiently like one long recording session. "This Song Brought To You By A Falling Bomb" is a top favorite of mine because the arrangement is simple yet effective in the end result.

Geoff Rickly's vocals/words & Andrew Everding's keyboards are a glorious blend. The explanation/interview here with Geoff is really top-knotch because of its relevant perceptive sentiment. The idea of wanting to focus on your own (personal) happiness, success & dream fulfillment in uncertain times is a message that will always resonate. I think the song, therefore, shows off just how fragile everything is. Geoff is right; things are put on (discussed) TV to inform but also distract.
