Actually a very good video. The terms used are correct. Poor posture: head forward, rounded shoulders, caved chest. Proper posture terms are: Mental approach, grace, poise, crossing the legs properly, rising from the chair properly, sitting bones, using a mirror, practice makes perfect. The only real error in this film is the term "Sitting Right." "Sitting Correctly" would be better.
