people shouldnt get pissed if they are on google. You walk in a public place, your picture can be taken. Your house is viewable from the street? wtf is the problem if its on street view.

@vancar6 oh my god? robbers? i've never heard of them before!! Get an alarm system if you're so scared. Robbers would exist with or without google street view. And i doubt any robber would use street view for his/her research. They'd probably scope out your house for about a week and then hit it when no ones home! Side note: what robber removes bricks to get into a house? smash a window and open the door, its faster and easier.

Looking around new york city nearly every single car I look at has its rims/tires blurred because the face detection technology incorrectly identifies it as a face. Streetview used to be absolutely amazing, now its plagued with absolute shit pictures with blurs in every witch direction obscuring building detail.

What good is street view if the images of everything are blurred and crap quality. It ruins it.
