Why don't you bend an alminium tube?

How to bend an aluminum tube（ pipe）

5 / 8 inches, 16 mm diameter aluminum pipe bent.
Create a plug of wood from the timber.
Into the pipe.
Padded with salt. Sand can be.

Once bent, remove the plug and unplug the salt.
If you use the salt, then with the last wash.

Onto the soft surface.
The pipe will be rounded.

I have been able to build a diy steadicam from emt's, electrical metal tubing, and a coupler to join the two emt's. Check out my $15 diy steadicam "Silver Flyer" video.

@defnyung Have you ever seen your previous model. I am impressed with your video. Not sold in Japan bent metal pipe, I was bending. Steadicam is high but my universal joint, is about fifty dollars in all.

why not just use sand? Might be easier to bend also if you screwed in some rounded blocks on a table and wrap the tube around it, this guy is mission impossible.

You can use telephone pole, tire,etc.

Make a lot of points, slowly bend.

Please use a supporting point softer than your belly.
