Forward Step Through Foot Toss :-)

As title. There are two ways of doing this, easy uses an extra rotation and a hand off to foot and the harder method involves letting the hoop drop to foot and then tossing. Both are included with a Bonus hard move at end (still in process) :-) Happy Hooping :-)

God this is so hard! I've been trying but it's terrible. I had to start by lining the husband up so that I could grab onto his shoulder to avoid toppling over sideways while I tried to get my foot to contact the hoop in the right place!
How do you think these moves up?
