How to get Spiral Sallet hat

1) Install Spiral Knights, open it and create a character.
2) Get through the tutorial to the Refugee Camp.
3) Go northwest (following the path) to get to the Haven terminal.
4) Use the terminal and "Join a Party". You'll find some random people.
5) Travel through the dungeon to reach Haven.
6) Once in Haven, go straight north to an area called "The Arcade."
7) Go north until you can't go farther north. There are lots of terminals, choose the first from left (it's easier).
8) Use an elevator terminal to go to a dungeon. "Join a party" again.
9) Get through the dungeon; keep going deeper until you get to some resting spot. You'll receive the achievement automatically when you get there.
10) Check the in-game mail in the upper left corner of the screen. You'll have a message from Saxton Hale. (NOT required to get the hat)
11) Leave, exit the game and go in TF2. If you don't receive the Sallet immediately, join a server, suicide youself or get killed by enemies. If this doesn't work, press "shop for items" in the main menu.

HELP, I did everything you said, and i even wached a nother vid and followed instructions exactly, im not f2p, i made it to the rest stop, got an acheivment called the world of mooncraft or something like that. then i logged off in town and exited spiral knights, went into tf2, no hat, played a server, no hat, killed myself, no hat, got killed, no hat, went to shop menu....NO HAT, is my game just dumb or did i miss something,

@CheckersOP You have to get the achievement called "Mission Accomplished". You get it reaching the first clockwork terminal.

@Ephrael heres what i did. i did everything up to the arcade, talked to that one dude feron or something like that, got the quest for the hat, picked one of the dungeons and went in it with the party, i decended 3 times then we defeated everything and came to one last elevator, right when i got at the spot with last elevator i got that acheivement, THEN, my team went in the elevator, and it showed us our stats and theres was no more questions to go up or go down, we came to the surface, no, hat

@CheckersOP Mmm very strange. So you have the right achievement but no hat. I sincerely don't know why... Just retry to click on "shop" in-game (this worked for me). If it still doesn't work, wait for a normal weapon drop, maybe Spiral Sallet will pop up.

@MrSuperunicycle tf2 shop. If you did not obtain it opening tf2 shop, so it's cause you are a f2p player, I think.
