Hi , Im the Guy ( rejakwilson)we talked this Morniing I see in the Video there is 1 fuel Line (PLASTIC) that is DEAD (NOT CONECTED) to Anything, you should check that out and see that ALL Fuel Lines & Hoses Have a Destination, like an EVAP Canister, The SPLICE Between the 2 Tanks ans so on. Just Tryin to Brainstorm on it for you Guy. Hope this Helps.

ok that is a vent line I was told. both fuel lines from second tank go to over fill hose on primary tank. and after jumping secondary pump and unhooking the fuel line and putting into bucket the fuel ran erall good through the lines.also tested the FSU sensor on both tanks got a ready of 191 for the primary and 288 for second tank for a ohm reading both tanks were full ..
