They were teaching a beginners class in Japan. The dancers had just one month to learn the dances and prepare their uniforms. Some of the students were unable to put in enough time to finish them.

Oh, and neither of them are professional dance instructors. So, please stop with the hateful comments, because I'm just going to delete them anyway. :p
