How To Make A Muppet

I designed a Muppet Whatnot in FAO Schwarz, New York. He was built by the Muppet experts and came to life in a matter of minutes.

FAO Schwarz don't ship outside the USA, so you'll need to go and visit or have a friend out there to get hold of your own Muppet.

I think I'll make a Monster next time :D

It's possible to ask for a known Muppet?

@MrEdgarNevermore I'm afraid not. The base Muppet bodies aren't frog, pig, bear, or gonzo shaped.

@MrEdgarNevermore A Whatnot is create-your-own Muppet. You're given a list of parts to choose from and they make them in the shop whilst you wait. They are officially licensed.

Do you Know if they stuff the main bodys with regular stuffing or do they use styrafoam to reinforce the jaw?

@gleeknews It can be a tight fit inside the head if you have fairly large hands. It takes a little bit of effort, but once you get used to it, it widens out and will be more comfortable.

@YouAreNowWatchingMua The workshop opened in 2008, so I imagine this is not temporary. Besides, so many people want their own Whatnot.
