That's part of Maurice Durufle's Prelude, Adagio et Choral Varie sur le Theme du Veni Creator . The Adagio. Sounds violent, but most of the rest of this work is rather pleasing.
Search for Durufle - Prelude, Adagio et Choral Varie, Opus 4 from bartje11. That one was recorded on the large organ at St. Paul's Cathedral, London. While not as screechy as Cologne's, St. Paul's organ is very smooth and VERY powerful.
