Faces from Earth - an introduction.
The importance of being in essence respectful citizens of the galaxy and giving some kind of valuable legacy to our children is a driving force in the creation of Faces From Earth. It is designed to bring together people from multiple fields and disciplines across human culture to more fully represent the beings and items of our world to the Universe on all future deep space missions.
In the framework of Faces from Earth we
- provide information on Messages from Earth - history, rationale, possible effects on humanity
- organize events to educate the public about space and astronomy and to promote deep space missions
- aim at compiling next messages to put on board for future deep space missions - including a holographic library of photographic faces of people.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN A FACES FROM EARTH VIDEO
Take part in a world-wide message video to be placed on a future deep space mission! Simply post a video reply on YouTube - in your video description add a line about whose message it is, together with your country, then tag it with 'ThePIClub' and 'Faces from Earth'. We'll take the best responses we receive and mix them into a final video - containing messages of people from across the globe - to become a part of our next message in a bottle to the stars and - possibly? - E.T.
