This lady is an idiot. Wheat has no gluten?! Wheat is the PRIMARY SOURCE of gluten- no other grain comes close. Also, has she ever grown wheat to maturity in a small container as she suggests? I have serious doubts that such a small amount of soil could support wheat all the way to seed formation.
