It is Keiichi Tsuchiya (an ex pro racing driver, widely regarded as the founder of drifting and also one of the best drifters in the world) in his movie; the Drift Bible. If I remember correctly, nearly all of the spinning was him demonstrating what not to do in a mid engined car. It was also his first time in that particular car with a custom suspension setup. I think he only span it once unintentionaly. He then went on to drift it like a champion for a whole lot longer than this video shows...
