  • brings back sop memories

  • COOL AS SONG

  • BAD ASS FINISH!!

  • Great song! :)

  • @wanawjecy Um, you are VERY wrong! There are alot of people interested in Alex Lifeson as a guitarist. That's why he was so under-rated, not because of lack of skill, because close minded people like yourself insist on putting him in a place he doesn't belong-at the bottom. Why do you even listen to Rush? If you feel that way, don't waste your time.

  • @MiriamSPia I think it's so stupid for people to say "your stealing from our generation" just because the younger ones like music of a different era. I think it's great that you young bucks explore the music and genres of times before you. And i'm sure bands like Rush appreciate it too. Don't listen to those idoits-just turn up the RUSH and tell them piss off.

  • Hard to believe this was 30 years ago now.

  • @thisismikesweet One of my friends' Moms said that to us because we liked the Doors and Zepplinn but were born in t the Beatles and The Rolling Stone "Get stff for your own age group" OK: Rush & U2

  • Funny how the past doesn't change. Its 2012 now, and this is still the song that made me one of their fans. Weird how clear its limelight by Rush and Gloria for U2 ...but I did have Go Go Girls and Cindyer as well....as well as others....

  • @YouGottaFaxe This one did! Like I said before, Rush veered off into the "progressive" genre way too often for my taste. But "La Villa Stangiato" does rock. It even has a sense of humor: the "monsters!" theme is straight out of Bugs Bunny's "industrial" theme.

What made "Limelight" and everything else off of Moving Pictures so great is that they returned to hard rock as the foundation for the progressive: that's Rush at their best.

But I still love their first album, too
