  • ....I remember every detail, the Germans wore grey, you wore blue. That's got to be included in the greatest lines from Bogie ! I might include it as a pick up line the next time I meet a babe from Paris that recently attended a reception at The German Embassy. ☺

    I disagree. Bogie plays a cetain type of man...Henreid plays another. Bogie is the guy who's left behind, and sounds like it.

    Listen to it again....

  • What happened to Bogie? He almost sounds inebriated in some parts of this live radio broadcast. Bergman's radio Ilsa virtually blew him away. The real surprise is Mr. Henreid. His radio Victor Laszlo almost owns Bogart's Rick.
