There ought to be qualitative metrics a school must meet to accept GI Bill funding. One of the primary benefits of the program is to strengthen our citizen base through higher education. It's chilling to see these degree mills squander our collective posterity for a quick buck.

What difference? They pay the entire tuition and then give you a stipend. I also work full time but most vets at my school don't. Are you talking about people that aren't 100%?

Patently false.  I know of not a single person enrolled in any non-profit school under Ch 33 that has had to take out a loan. That may be what your adviser told you, but it is not reality.

Profit and Public universities sounds pretty much the same! They both engage in some form of predatory lending by either blatantly charging over-priced tuition or hiding it in regular increases over a number of years. CH33 pays the tuition and a monthly stipend but the reality is EVERYONE takes out loans to make up the difference and in nearly every case they either knowingly or are unadvised when they take out the maximum amount. As far as grad rates - thats the individual not the university.
