Abbey Road '78 was a studio group assembled by their record label Springboard International to cash in on the success (or lack of it) of the film "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". Some of the same musicians probably appeared in other groups from the label "Salsa '78", Studio '78 & '79" that recorded disco numbers and more movie music from films such as "FM" & "Thank God It's Friday". Springboard International went bankrupt in 1984.
