@SuperSolenoidEngine the GLaDOS voice was made by recording a real voice and then altering it to fit GLaDOS personality.
Both Miku and Luka are singing synthesizers that use phonemes recorded from a real person, tweaked, and then stored in a big database that can be accessed by the application. Everything can potentially impact the quality of the end result, from the recording to the end user.

@AnimeXeternity thanks for understanding, but I don't know how come Glados's version sound so clear and pronoun accurate then Luka version? Beside from the master editing skill, anything else different? btw, I have no idea where Glados get her voice from.
