12. Any person who willfully permits and any person who encourages the release of any data and information contained in the central register to persons or agencies not permitted by this title shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.

This is NOT "confidential Child Protective Services information" if I didn't call New York City Building Department to file a complaint (a VACATE order was issued), my Grand Daughter would still be in that same cellar. Maybe the information that is "confidential" is the fact that CPS DONT follow their own rules & guidelines as far as what is CHILD MALTREATMENT. BOTH CPS & the Custodial Guardian MALTREATED my Grand Daughter by placing her in that cellar for over a year until I put a stop to it!.

They try and gather evidence against you! As I and innocent father stressed out by this evil, they use on us what is our re course? ‘Where is our justice? ‘Where is our rights as parents to tell this evil service child predator no!

1.) Obviously, YouTube is not an active participant in any release of any information.

2.) Obviously, the person posting does not have access to "any data and information contained in the central register" unless you assert said information was released unlawfully from that agency directly to the person posting.

3.) However, as to IntergovCoord, representing yourself as law enforcement officer when you are not is a crime in every jurisdiction.
