The Original World Trade Center Twin Towers - Under Construction - A Short sweet profile

Raw silent footage of the World Trade Center's Twin Towers from a work print as it was being constructed is a short but sweet profile of the Twin Towers in much better times. Here you can see the Towers under construction, the entry lobby, the escalators, everyday working people going about their everyday work shortly after the Towers were first built.

**This video is meant to give honor to the beautiful design of the Trade Center and those who worked long and hard to get the job done.

Oh, my bad. I didn't know about that project, I thought the memorial pools were the whole thing. Sorry.

@MrNickWright That's the memorial that is part of the new complex. I was talking about the actual buildings. They are already under construction. WTC 7 is finished. WTC 1 is expected to be completed in 2013,it is already at the halfway mark. There are a total of 7 buildings for the new complex and the memorial. If you look to the right in the related videos up top there are a few videos of WTC 1 under construction.

......no they aren't. they're doing a large park area with 2 reflecting pools placed exactly where each tower was, with all the names of the victims.

@blackopsmaster001 They are rebuilding the the world trade center but not with twin towers. It's a different design with only 1 tower the height of the original 2.
