As per request by dropd26....From the LP "The United States of America" Columbia Records CS 9614 (1958)......Formed in 1967 by Joseph Byrd, the band membership consisted of the following: Joseph Byrd (electronic music, electric harpsichord, organ, calliope, piano, and Durrett Electronic Music Synthesizer), Dorothy Moskowitz (lead vocals), Gordon Marron (electric violin, ring modulator), Rand Forbes (an early adopter of the fretless electric bass) and Craig Woodson (drums and percussion). Ed Bogas also performed on the record with occasional organ, piano, and calliope; he became a full member of the band on its first and only tour.

  • 1 account change later i`d like to thank you BGgunnor for posting this. It`s one of those great biting satire songs from the 60`s that we should have been hearing on radio more as a representation of that era.

  • Still fresh and wonderful as it was 'way back then...

  • @derekethomason so did I. It was on The Rock Machine Turns You On
