I'm 13 years old, and last year I had a 107 degree curve in scoliosis. After surgery my curve became 35 degrees. Feel free to check out my channel if you have scoliosis. If you have scoliosis and have any questions, please ask me.

i have scoliosis and the doctor toled me tht i might need a surgery, i started tearing up cause i got scared,, but after reading all the ''after my scoliosis surgery'' im not scared anymore im actually ready for one! and the positive thing is that i will get taller :):)

@GoingBackToTheRoots7 Me too. I'm not too fond of surgeries or anything..It'd be a lot easier to just be blacked out to deal with this stuff. But forget bravery!

I'm scared to have surgery..
I rather someone just shoot me with some knock out drug when I'm least expecting it, do the surgery, then i wont have time to be scared.

my scoliosis makes me seem like im shrinking!! congrats! both sides of my family has it it sucks so hopefully it stays straight 'cause in some cases they keep curving 8O

is that right ? :( well my uncle is bringing it to Australia and is a very skilled Chiropractor. He has a clinic already. I hope it does work because all that money on equipment etc will be a waste but from the results he has seen he sounds pretty confident. How was the surgery?? Are you in pain? I'll keep you posted as to if i improve after 6 weeks. I should be starting treatment soon.

@beatbox4lyf I had 8 months of Chiro there... didn't work and had surgery after that :(

My scar stops at the exact place yours does. They said I had a rare case though because as my spine curved it pulled all the nerves with it in the top curve which was 60 degrees and the bottom was 50 something... Do you have any physical problems now? Like constant pain or muscle spasms or anything?
