Rap is crap.

It's cool to hear Chuck D acknowledge Doug E Fresh and other pioneer mcs. When I was much younger, it seemed like PE came out of nowhere, fully formed with no direct influences from other rap acts because their sound was so aggressive and disorienting.

Listen to his music first, he is a great rapped and isn't just rapping about inane stupid crap.
