NEWS HEADLINE: High School students from around the Island were at the capitol today encouraging lawmakers to keep clean energy as a high priority. SOUNDBITE: Governor Neil Abercrombie, "you remind them that the decisions that they are making right now are about you. Organizers are particularly concerned over a bill that would allow utility fees to be used to pay for rebates and creative financing for solar hot water and electrical systems.
