sick with cold

I have been sick with a cold since Saturday, February 7, 2009.

Really, Miguel and I have been sick TOGETHER!

I think Miguel have been sick a little bit longer than me.

Maybe, I caught the cold from him.

i'm coming down with oen too. so far it's the throat and occasional coughing. i want to get better by sat. night/sunday...my throat is most important lol. any advice?

take the medicines,

drink lots of water or orange juice,

get plenty of rest.

for the throat, clear it with warm salt water.

don't swallow the water.

spit it out.

salt water may help.

Gargle warm salt water for a sore throat.

I supposed to go out on Friday night too, But I may not.

I want to stay out of the rain.

i'm almost over it now other than the coughing fits now and then. lol i tried to get lots of sleep at night (@ least 6-8 hours) and went crazy with the oj. took some good medicine too. hope you're feelign better by now!

i like the flavor medicine the best.

the original is awful.

if the original is terrible, no one will take it.

add a cherry or two, everyone will drink the cherry flavor!
