A $10,000 felony warrant has now been issued for Andy Esquivel's arrest.

Last week the Davis County Prosecutor's office formally charged Andres "Andy" Esquivel, the owner of the scam detailed above, with three felony counts of securities fraud (Utah Case#111701135). The two second degree and one third degree felony charges filed against Andy carry a maximum combined jail sentence of 25 years in prison!
