its in 10/8*. I think you have to pay attention to the bass drum and think of it as 1..4....9.|1..4....9.|
Once you hear it like that, it makes a lot more sense.
*I know you can say its in 5/4 but you feel it in 10

The time signature is in 5. The measure signature is in 4.
Anyway, there are 5 beats to the measure and a 1/4 note equals 1 beat.

Just to clarify it here folks...10/8 is the same as 5/4. This is in 5/4.
The beginning rhythm is 10 8th notes per measure, but since they're 8th notes the time signature is in 4. Since there are 10 notes per measure the measure signature is in 5.
Thus 5/4.
