Illinois Central Railroad EMD SD40-2s Head West W/ Train

It's hard to find a solid IC consist, let alone with no yellow frame stripe. Here, I found a pair thanks to heads up from others, and I caught them heading West towards West Jct in Freeport to do some switching. Filmed 6-26-08.

i grew up by the gm&o mainline going thru east mississippi and i had heard that when ic bought it out that the gm&o engines were renumbered starting with 6000 is this true?
