@Sampar15 This halwa is made throughout India (south and north) and not a specialty of Gujarat as you may think.

This is one of the most interesting of the halwa recipes I've seen. Have you tried it with zucchini? It seems it might lend itself to the same treatment, and be a good way to use a zucchini that has gotten a bit too mature. ;)

I love your videos! is there anyway you would post the recipe on the side under info or something. Some of the ingredients i haven't heard of and are hard to understand.
