There are multiple vriations of the chaos chin ups/pull ups. In this variation a partner is randomly pushing your body in different directions and you are put in a position where you have to stabilize your body and do a pull. The difficulty of the chin ups/pull ups increases quite a bit and you can make the exercise harder by having the partner push harder and more frequently
