you cant play spy anymore like you used to, you have to touce the enemy in wierd spots to get close enough to backstab them

why is it never this easy.

also people always seem to move in packs and NEVER stand still anymore, making it super hard to get directly behind them and backstab them ( side-stabs don't seem to work anymore ) so even if I get behind 3 people, a heavy or demoman will be lagging behind and can instakill .. got any more tips?

I am trying your tips but it just doesn't work for me. People always suspect me to run to the nearest hiding space, while I also disguise, so tehy'll see me there and all attack me at once. Maybe it's the lag, but people catch onto me really quickly.
