The inhabitants of the Swedish Ski destinations Åre and Östersund has dreamed of organizing the Olympic Winter Games since 1986. They've already applied three times, unfortunately in vain.
But the dream continues to live on in the hearts of the inhabitants.

Björn is in full training for the games. After he saw a streaker on television he found his vocation: he will be the streaker of the Winter Games in Åre and Östersund. The population has grown accustomed to Björn's training and seeing him pop up inappropriately everywhere, and has fully accepted him.
