@Farzz7 Maybe try uninstalling the GPU's driver (If it even exists) and then re installing the driver from dells website.

I can't get my nVidia ControlPanel to launch.. Just says "You are not currently using a display attached to an nVidia GPU". The driver also shows that it was disabled by windows - Code 43. Any idea on whats going on?(nVidia GeForce GT540m)
