was it 8000 ft. of rollers, or was it like a handful of big climbs? i know 8000 ft. over 112 miles isn't too bad, but i prefer ultra flat rides.

This was my first Ironman!! Was a tough, tough course but was worth it!!!
nearly 8000 feet on the bike and dang hot! Great town, great support, great race though!
Highly recommend it!
