@MassacreBlast I was joking. Sorry.
-
@Gentilseulement - Seriously? Dude that's great but maybe switch it up to foods that have greater nutritional value so you don't die at 55.

I've been on this diet for 3 years. I lost 300 pounds. I am now 130 pounds. And I'm 6'3.

Not such a great experiment. He supplemented it with vitamins, protein and exercise which i feel is cheating. I think the experiment would have been more telling if he only ate that stuff with some proteins. NO vegetables, NO exercise. Then lets see if he gets thinner. Exercise is the number one problem for obese people they don't do it. It burns calories.So yes its a calorie counting experiment but its mysterious why he chose junk food when that wasn't all he was eating.

hmm a nutrition professor had 30 pounds to lose...

Way to go WCPO! (SARCASM) Put just enough shock value and misleading sound bites into the story to MISLEAD every viewer into thinking that this Professor was PROMOTING this junk food diet.
Here's the FACTS: He wasn't promoting a junk food diet; he did it as an experiment to prove that you can lose weight simply if you eat less total calories--regardless of the food source; he doesn't eat that way normally; he took supplements for health reasons. Typical media "reporting" WCPO
