OPV(2003). Shonan Kawarayane Monogatari is a comedy drama series directed by Nozomi Kasagi and starring Risako Sugaya, which was aired on TV Tokyo's "Bishojo Nikki III" in the 4th quarter of 2002. The story is about a family, living in Shonan, a town on the outskirts of Tokyo, whose business is restoring and repairing the kawarayane, traditional Japanese tiled roof.

although she is still young there in the vid, it is clearly visible that she carries 1/4 of a canadian in her. The eyecorners tell it (only slightly asian-pitched eyecorners) for example. Her face looks different. And I think her body habitus is differing also.
Same on the 16-year old Risako today, as there are many pics of her around now.
But she developed into a breathtaking-looking girl.
