Directed and Choreographed by American Choreographer Sean McLeod. Graduation was a gift Choreographed for Lorienne Beals as she readied herself for her new role at the time, that of a Purchase Conservatory of Dance Major who had just been accepted into the College.

Graduation is life reflective piece that chronicles that growth of a dancer and the relationship to her teacher growing from student to colleague, from dancing for to dancing with, and from follower to equally important path maker. The dance also included Claire Fefer, Jamie Beth Wiegand, and introduced the young and very talented Allyssa Barry, who not unlike Lorienne Beals, was leaving New York and would be starting her new dance life in Georgia.
