where can I find 3.15 lsd? I mean what BMW´s has it so I could try to find it second hand. Do you think that Jim Conforti chip is worth 250 dollars?

@miksirikoitsen Exhaust considerably lighter. No cats, no resonators, surpersprint muffler. Carbon Fiber Hood. Factory seats removed front and rear. Fronts replaced with race seats ( some added weight due to rollbar ). 13lb lightweight flywheel. Car was down in the neighborhood of 3200-3250 lbs. Stock ratio is either 2.83 or 2.91... I can't remember off the top of my head.

Could you tell what kind of weight reduction did you make and how much did you save weight? My sedan weights 1680kg stock. What does 13lb fw stand for (English isn´t my native language), what is the stock dif ratio (i have the M5 style 25% lsd but dont know the ratio, and are you running stock cats? You can find a vid of my car here streetfire. net/video/bmw-540i-v8-drifting

@miksirikoitsen Yes it did. Everything stock down to 225's on 15" rims but a Jim C chip the car went 14.065@101.75 (I think I removed the spare tire). That was trapping in 3rd gear with stock gearing thanks to the 7k rpm rev limit. With weight reduction, 13lb fw, 3.15lsd, intake/exhaust the car went 13.5.

So u saying it went N/A 13.5sec on quartermile? What are the mods? Usually they run about 14.5. Mine does it 14.05 sec.
@m19921992 lightweight exhaust, carpet, factory seats, sunroof and a bunch of other little odds and ends

@paulmerz. I'm talking about horsepower at the wheels not flywheel horsepower. Also I didn't gain any horsepower from the combination of intake/exhaust. The car should be putting out right around 400 at the flywheel.
