  • I strongly urge anybody who has lost contact w/ their Father to reconnect w/ him if it is possible...If I had one wish I would bring mine back because just when our relationship was coming together again he was gone and it's not fair!!!

  • Good lord.

I came across this as part of that stupid "number one single in the week you were born" thing on Facebook. I don't think I'll be posting it; it's ridiculously prophetic about the relationship between me and my father.

  • i am going to see the lead singer (Paul Carrack) live on 13th January in London :) Hearing this song live is even more emotional!!!

  • This is on my list of songs to be played at my funeral or memorial or whatever, also. The song is epic.

  • This song always makes me cry because it really mirrors my own experience with loved ones who died before I could tell them how much I loved them, especially my father and grandfather.

Please people, don't miss what may be your last chance to express it.

  • This song came to mind even before my Dad passed...I knew it was time and I didn't take the chance when I had it.........every time I hear this I have to take a moment.

  • you mean no2 on uk singles chart

  • i cry everytime i listen to the song
