  • @787Rs ive seen that fight too many times, i know he is a legend im not talking about him am i? Hes not trying to punch himself is he? I would have just liked to see him evade full speed jabs (no power) and hooks that are actually aimed at him.

  • @bigmattyjames lol then watch his fight with forrest griffin

  • @heymelon yes ive seen them all i just hate it when a padman lets you evade the punch by pulling it.

  • @bigmattyjames So watch ANY of his fights? Lol.

  • @FaceMeetsFloor that i understand starting slow, but throwing obviously fake punches wont help you, you should always strike to target, you can do so slowly if you're a begginer but you only hurt yourself if you train like this, you're mind is picking up on those que's the trainer is sending when he throws a punch, and if its thrown wide you dont need to dodge it you attack with a straight punch

  • @chatanwarrior You gotta start somewhere. Your trainer can crank the intensity later on. At the beginning you gotta start slow to get the coordination and balance.

  • He wasnt trying to hit him, would like to have seen him evade an actual punch

  • its easy to dodge an attack thats not coming at you for real

  • I think the real thing to get this is not the drill, but the fact that as long as you move your head, it doesn't matter where you move it. Silva's not trying to move his head in a specific direction each time, he's just moving.
